Download Bill’s VCardBill is the Manager and Bookkeeper of all of Blackwood Development Company’s properties. His career in property management began in Joplin, Missouri at Cedar Tree Management Company, where he managed a mixture of office, industrial and retail properties totaling over 750,000 square feet. In 2002, he joined Blackwood Development Company and currently manages over one million square feet of commercial retail space. He loves that BDC is comprised of a loyal group that has been together for many years.
A Webb City, Missouri native, Bill earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2007. He has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 2004.
Outside the office, you can find Bill: traveling, working out, learning about Richmond’s history, spending time with his family and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
