Blackwood Development Company has the opportunity to redevelop a one acre site in partnership with Catalyst Development and Hourigan Development. The site is located near the gateway to the Manchester Neighborhood that is being revitalized with multiple new midrise apartment and office buildings. The project would  consist of 176 apartments and 140 parking spaces.  The $40,000,000 project should kickoff in the Fall of 2022 with final completion scheduled for 2024.
