349 S. Laurel Street was the rehabilitation and repositioning of a vacant building in Oregon Hill. Prior to Blackwood Development Company’s purchase of the property, it had fallen into disrepair and illegal occupation.
A Special Use Permit was filed to replace the original storefront and permit the occupancy of the ground floor retail space, and a series of murals enhance the visual aesthetics of the property.
